Return and Exchange Policy
Officially registered as 3RD PLANET ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED, and known as Third Element, we are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our business. At Third Element, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also have the original packaging, with all tags and labels uncut and intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including those with stains, tears, or any damage caused by misuse. Products missing original packaging or with removed brand tags/labels are also ineligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please go to our website and initiate a Return / Exchange by clicking the link at the bottom of the page or contact our customer service team at hello@thirdelement.store or call us at our customer care numbers displayed on our website. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: After your return request is approved, we will initiate a pickup from your address registered in our system. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- Quality Check: Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes the inspection, we will proceed with the exchange or refund. Please note exchange orders will be dispatched only after receipt of Original product and QC pass. This usually takes 4–10 days depending upon location.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: All refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned product passes the quality check.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately, your bank may take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount in your account. We have no control over this timeline. The full amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 100 for shipping charges.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued if the product is found to be used, washed, damaged, or missing any part of its original packaging and tags.
Exchange Process
- Size and Color Availability: If you wish to exchange an item, please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or color.
- End of Season Sale: Products purchased during the “End of Season Sale” are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This applies to items purchased under End of Season Sale or deep discounted products.
- Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are subject to a nominal fee per order, and depends on management decision and subjected to change based on business decisions. This fee is non-refundable.
