Order Processing:

  • Cut-off Time: Orders received before 1 PM (IST) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM are generally processed on the next working day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified through the website. If you need assistance, please contact us directly at our “customer care” numbers or via email, and we will do our best to help.
  • Invoices: Hard copy Invoices are sent along with your order. An Order Summary is sent with Payment details to your registered email id after Order is placed. Please check Spam /Junk boxes if it would have landed up there. Please ensure that your email ID and contact information are accurate during checkout or account creation.


Shipping:

  • Delivery Time:
  • For Metro locations, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days.
  • For Non-Metro locations, delivery may take 5-7 days.
  • Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East regions may take longer depending on weather conditions.
  • You may track the courier current status through the AWB number provided to you in your email/WhatsApp or SMS.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions may result in delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. A maximum of 3 such attempts are made before the package being called off to it's nearest warehouse and the order marked as cancelled.
